  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, the N.I.C. Group, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.  Additionally, the N.I.C. Group, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico.

    The N.I.C. Group, LLC may ship to countries outside the United States on a per order basis.  Please contact customer care at customercare@tourpaks.com for more information.   

    The N.I.C. Group, LLC will also ship to APO addresses.  Please contact customercare@tourpaks.com for more information.

    Most items will be shipped Monday - Friday during normal business hours.  However, certain items may take longer to process since they are being shipped directly from the manufacturer.  TourPaks will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.



  • Warranties

  • The information and content on this website is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.  

    Customer understands that the N.I.C. Group, LLC is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not the N.I.C. Group, LLC.  All products are sold AS IS.  In purchasing the products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by the N.I.C. Group, LLC.

    The references and descriptions of products or services within the website materials are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.  The N.I.C. Group, LLC is not liable for any damages, including any consequential damages, of any kind that may result to the user from the use of the materials on this website or of any of the products or services described hereon.

Group, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damage.  Neither the N.I.C. Group, LLC nor its affiliates will be liable for products not being available for use. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, neither the N.I.C. Group, LLC nor its affiliates are liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the dollar amount paid by customer for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

    The N.I.C. Group, LLC will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.



  • Return Policy

  • Standard Return Policy
    If you received a damaged package or there is an order discrepancy, please contact our Customer Care Specialists immediately via e-mail at customercare@tourpaks.com.  Include the order number along with the reason for the return when you contact us.
     
    Non-Food Returns

    If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return certain non-food merchandise for a full return (less shipping) within 30 days of receipt after receiving a return authorization number from the N.I.C. Group, LLC.  Return shipping will be paid by customer.  Please email us at customercare@tourpaks.com for a return authorization number.  Due to safety reasons, at no time can food items and certain pharmacy items be returned.  Items must be returned in their original shipping packages and saleable.  Credit on the returned product will be made once we receive the returned item.  

    Certain items may require a 15% restocking fee after 15 days.  There are no returns after 30 days.

    Mistakes Can Happen

    Although we do our best to accurately represent our product descriptions, quantities and prices, we are not perfect.  When mistakes are made, we reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the customer’s money as a full resolution.

    The listing of ingredients in the product descriptions of the travel kits on our website is provided as a convenience to you.  The N.I.C. Group, LLC does not represent this information as being error free.  We advise our customers to read the ingredients on the product label.  If the N.I.C. Group, LLC has made an error in the listing of ingredients, its liability is limited to refunding the cost of the product and any applicable shipping costs.

    Although the information on this website is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed on this website are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.  The N.I.C. Group, LLC  and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic, area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provided.  Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this website is void where prohibited.

    Some of the motorcycle parts sold on the website may not be street legal in your state or country.  Please check your local and federal laws to be sure the parts you put on your motorcycle are street legal.

    GOVERNING LAW:
    In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of Nevada shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of Nevada’s courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS:
    The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the N.I.C. Group, LLC with respect to this Website.  The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and the N.I.C. Group, LLC with respect to this Website.  No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by the N.I.C. Group, LLC.  If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

    INDEMNIFICATION

    Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The N.I.C. Group, LLC and its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from Customer's (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) use of any products purchased on The N.I.C. Group, LLC's website. The N.I.C. Group, LLC reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by Customer, in which event Customer will cooperate with The N.I.C. Group, LLC in asserting any available defenses.

    PRICING INFORMATION; AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

    All pricing is subject to change. The N.I.C. Group, LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and product offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, The N.I.C. Group, LLC cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer's orders.

    MID-USA MOTORCYCLE PARTS
    The N.I.C. Group, LLC is an authorized Mid-USA online dealer.

    Part Installation & Fitment Policy
    It is recommended that all parts we sell are installed by qualified motorcycle mechanics.  It is important that you order the right part for the job you are undertaking. If there is damage to a part, motorcycle and/or injury to a person or persons installing such, the N.I.C. Group, LLC accept no responsibility, since the N.I.C. Group, LLC nor the manufacturers have any control over how a part sold is used.  It will be up to the purchaser to make sure that the correct part is chosen for the job and correct installation is applied.  Refer to the manufacturers’ service manuals and parts books as often as needed.

    Model & Year Applications
    Model and year applications have been researched to the best of Mid-USA’s ability in all of the Harley Davidson® catalogs and parts books available for the year preceding the publication date of this catalog.  Any part or accessory that indicates “/Later” refers to the preceding year of the date of this catalog.
